The team also establishes and oversees key risk management framework elements and supports Macquarie-wide risk training.

You will be responsible for monitoring and managing mandatory training escalations and breaches within Macquarie's Governance, Risk and Compliance system. You will oversee the rollout and assignment of mandatory training, as well as address queries, extensions, and exemptions related to training requirements.In addition, you will be involved in conducting insightful data analysis of training metrics to support reporting, audit and assurance activities. You will engage with stakeholders across various Macquarie businesses to ensure effective communication and collaboration as well as provide support on projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team. Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment1-3 years of demonstrated experience in Learning Management SystemsEffective verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levelsProven leadership skills, with the ability to guide, support and motivate team members to achieve shared goalsCommitment to ongoing learning and professional development across a broad range of subject areasProficient data literacy, with proven experience in analysing and interpreting insights from multiple data sourcesSolid experience with Microsoft Office applications (particularly MS Excel) and familiarity with Alteryx and PowerBI an advantage.
