About the Job
We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Workforce Strategy & Insights (P4) to play a pivotal role in shaping our global workforce strategy. In this advanced, hands-on analytics position, you will apply expertise in advanced data analysis and research methodologies to deliver actionable people insights, drive workforce planning, and support AI & skills transformation initiatives. As a critical thought partner to stakeholders across the People Team, G&A, and direct to business leaders, you will help design cutting-edge strategies that directly shape the future of work and set the foundation for org effectiveness and agility in the age of AI and digital transformation. Responsibilities

This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and people. You will:

Drive advanced, research-driven analytics and scenario modeling to generate actionable insights, inform workforce strategies, and guide decisions on talent allocation, skills investments, and future workforce targets. Design and implement robust assessments, measurement frameworks, and forecasting analyses to support AI & skills-based workforce transformation agendas. Collaborate closely with partners across the People Team (Data Solutions & AI, HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, etc), Finance, Operations, and Business leaders on strategic projects, serving as a thought partner to influence and advance workforce strategy initiatives. Conduct exploratory analytics and synthesize complex, ambiguous data sources into clear, compelling recommendations and data visualizations for both technical and non-technical audiences. Monitor and integrate external workforce trends, emerging research methodologies, and new technologies to continuously enhance workforce strategy approaches. Partner closely with the People Data Solutions & AI team to develop and scale internal tools and solutions—including AI-powered assistants and data orchestration frameworks—to optimize workforce insights, streamline analytics processes, and enhance integration across multiple systems and platforms.

Required:

7+ years of progressive experience in research analytics, workforce strategy, people analytics, talent intelligence or related roles. Demonstrated experience with complex data analysis, statistical modeling, and exploratory research methodologies. Proficient in advanced analytics tools (e.g., R, Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) Proven expertise in designing and leading advanced analytics projects in ambiguous, abstract, or rapidly evolving environments. Experience partnering with cross-functional teams across People, Finance, and the Business. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a track record of delivering insights that drive meaningful strategy and organizational change.

Desired:

Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD preferred) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Research Psychology, or related quantitative field. Prior consulting or advisory experience with C-suite or executive leadership on workforce strategy. Deep knowledge of workforce planning, skills transformation, and the intersection with AI and emering technologiegs Experience in large-scale organizational transformation, future of work projects, or skills frameworks. Prior involvement in large-scale organizational or digital transformation initiatives, especially those related to AI or workforce automation. Expertise in integrating HR and non-HR data sources for comprehensive workforce insights. Experience in skills taxonomy development, skills inference, or AI-enabled skills mapping platforms (e.g., Eightfold, Gloat, Degreed).

Location

This role will be remote, and based in Ontario, BC, or Alberta Canada.

Travel

We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, you may be required to travel occasionally to participate in project or team in-person meetings.

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

Based in British Columbia. : $142,800.00 - $178,500.00 

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
