What Workforce Optimization contributes to Cardinal Health
Workforce Optimization is responsible for developing and managing forecasting and scheduling models, as well as systems and methodologies needed for analysis, measurement, and assessment of volumes and staffing/scheduling effectiveness, planning and decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent business experienceMinimum of 3 years experience in Workforce Management specifically MISAnalytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reportsDemonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlinesAbility to use SQL and Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs, and chartsScheduling experience is a plusAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelWorking knowledge with Verint, Genesys Cloud, Pure Insights, Nice, AWS or similar WF tools (frontend and backend)Strong communication skillsExperience working with internal/ external stakeholders in multiple geographic regionsAnalytical with attention to detailCreative and problem solving orientedProficient in handling Tableau, Alteryx and Power BIWilling to work US hours and report on site (hybrid set-up)What is expected of you and others at this level
