Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for providing analysis and support for TruStage Investment Management the Investments function for TruStage and a serve as a key member of special projects for the team. This role will work directly with the Asset Portfolio Managers, members of the Credit Research and Market Risk Teams and the Senior Leadership Team of TruStage Investment Management. The position acts as a key business partner with the Investment and Finance areas with the purpose of conducting analysis and communicating conclusions to help drive desired business performance. This role is responsible for working with and influencing Portfolio Managers and Director level customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and provide detailed analysis for TruStage Investment Management: explain results and provide insight/recommendations to internal customers.Lead the annual industry asset allocation initiative by compiling and analyzing extensive asset holding data to identify key trends in the industry and inform the Company’s Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA).Accurately develop, maintain and discuss various reports with clients.Aggregate and report investment results and positions.Assist in the transition and development of new reporting tools to enhance analysis.Support regulatory and quarterly Board reporting requirements.Build relationships with assigned clients up through the Portfolio Manager level and provide requested support.Ensure understanding of the systems/processes for the business areas supported.Assist in the identification and development of plans for process improvement.Collaborate with others in a team setting, either directly or indirectly.The above statement of duties is not intended to be all inclusive and other duties will be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent related professional work experience.5+ years’ experience in business-related role, preferably to include:Forecasting and problem-solving skillsLeading medium to large project effortsWorking independently and with teamsAnalyzing processes, identifying problems and their root causes, and assisting in the development of improvements.Building relationships with peers and stakeholdersProficient with Microsoft products, such as Excel and PowerPoint.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders.Effective written and verbal communications.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.Proven ability to identify process improvements.Strong attention to detail.Progression toward CFA® designation required.Preferred Skills:

Base Salary Range:
$81,500.00 - $122,300.00
