Senior Analyst, Supplier Enablement & Insights

As a Sr. Analyst, Supplier Enablement & Insights, reporting to the Director of Business Performance Strategy Planning and Insights, you will work on projects supporting our operational supplier spend, customer reporting, and incentive management processes.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

Directly manage HSM's program participation reporting process which involves maintaining current customer reports, support of onboarding new customers and troubleshooting report or system errors.Support and collaborate on HSM's Incentive Management process, including revenue (fee) calculations, validation against supplier payments, and supplier invoicing.Support in auditing data quality of incoming spend to ensure completeness and accuracy, measuring standardized metrics and engaging with suppliers when adjustments are needed.

How you will collaborate with others:

Directly manage the onboarding of newly contracted suppliers to HSM's reporting process, ensuring the correct suppliers are identified and that external users understand reporting guidelines and expectations.

What deliverables you will take ownership of:

Be the primary contact for ad hoc and strategic reporting needs, partnering with internal stakeholders for support on spend data collection and analytics for small and large scope projects.

You have these minimum qualifications:

Two (2) years of Procurement, Business Intelligence/Data Analytics, or Revenue Management experienceAdvanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPointHybrid work schedule from McLean, VA

It would be useful if you have:

BA/BS Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics or Revenue ManagementFour (4) years of Procurement or Supply Management experienceTwo (2) years of experience in business intelligence and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI or SQL
