**Job Summary:**
The Senior Analyst, Sales Enablement is responsible for managing the day-to-day aspects of corporate cell phones (iPhones/iPads), on/off-boarding services, mobility, and SAFE Fleet & Vendor Credentialing for the field sales organization and other departments as required. This includes initiating, developing, analyzing, and enforcing policies and procedures that will lead to efficient and effective processes. In addition to performing analytics, this role is responsible for ensuring requirements for these subject areas are understood and delivered for all MedTech Surgery business units. Collaboration and communication skills are needed to partner and influence internal and external business partners. Strong interpersonal skills are required to form and maintain working relationships with all levels of the organization.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide day-to-day support for all aspects of corporate cell phones, on/off-boarding, Vendor Credentialing and SAFE Fleet processes for J&J MedTech Surgery to field sales associates, other departments as required, and internal and external business partners.
+ Support the overall planning, communication, revisions, and execution of policies and procedures for the field sales organization.
+ Train and educate new hires on the corporate cell phone plans, Vendor Credentialing, and SAFE FLEET.
+ Provide support for SAFE FLEET requests to field sales associates, other departments as required, J&J Corporate SAFE FLEET Management and external business partners.
+ Manage accident investigation reporting system and assist in analysis of reports to help determine protective and preventative measures.
+ Track and monitor SAFE Fleet Ambassador and SAFE Fleet Awards Programs.
+ Initiate, develop, and analyze data/reports to provide insights for decision making and management updates.
+ Support continuous improvements in current processes and create new capabilities to meet future needs.
+ Provide support to Lead Analyst with activities as the need arises.
+ Other responsibilities may be assigned
+ Will report directly to the Director, Sales & KAM Effectiveness
+ Administrator for all aspects of Health Care Industry Representative (HCIR) credentialing. This includes supporting the overall planning, communication, revisions, and execution of policies and procedures for HCIR credentialing.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of professional experience OR an Associate’s degree and four (4) years of professional experience OR equivalent relevant experience is required
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in interacting across all organizational levels required.
+ Creative problem-solving skills are required.
+ Ability to work independently and collaborate with various levels of management, cross-functional teams and external business partners is required.
+ Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
+ This role may require up to 10% of domestic travel.

**The anticipated base pay range for this position is :**
$79,000.00 - $127,650.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
