How will you make an impact in this role?

The Senior Analyst, Recruitment Process Strategy sits within the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE) and plays a critical role in strengthening and optimizing end-to-end recruitment operations. This role focuses on safeguarding candidate and organizational trust by improving the global careers site experience, management of external job boards, enhancing process governance, and identifying competitive opportunities through market benchmarking.

The Senior Analyst plays a key role in shaping how candidates experience our brand across the careers site and job boards. This role is responsible for maintaining, updating, and enhancing all site content ensuring accuracy, visual consistency, accessibility, and a compelling narrative aligned to our employer brand. The Senior Analyst also supports continuous improvements across recruitment processes by analyzing user behavior, identifying enhancement opportunities, and partnering with cross-functional teams to elevate the overall candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage content enhancements across the global careers site, supporting new site features, integrations and end to end testingConduct ongoing audits and quality checks across internal and external processes to ensure adherence to global recruitment standardsProject manage complex, cross-functional initiatives across Talent Acquisition, Tech, Product, Risk and Legal partnersSupport the development and execution of the Talent Acquisition AI strategy by conducting AI research, documenting use cases, synthesizing insights, and creating materials to enable recruiter adoptionIdentify gaps or inefficiencies in the recruitment process and propose improvements backed by data and stakeholder insights to streamline workflows, and improve overall efficiencyManage job board strategy (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed)Ongoing research on recruitment best practices, talent market trends, to support strategic decision-making within Talent Acquisition

Track KPIs and manage reporting dashboards to measure the effectiveness of process controls and governance mechanisms

 

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Recruitment Operations, Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding or Risk Mitigation functionsStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), career site platforms, and digital analytics toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to influence stakeholders and manage cross-functional projects

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of fraud prevention, or process governanceFamiliarity with AI tools and emerging technologies

Salary Range: $65,500.00 to $102,500.00 annually + bonus + benefits
