**Technical Skills/Experience:** + Minimum of a B.S. in Computer Science, MIS or related degree and five (5) years of related experience + Proven experience as a Test Lead or in a similar role. + Strong knowledge of QA processes + Preferred leadership experience with offshore resources + Testing terminology · SDLC knowledge (waterfall & Agile) + Thorough knowledge of structured test methods and processes. Knowledge of both Manual and Automated Testing. + Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). + Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles. + Experience with test automation tools and frameworks. + Knowledge of Azure DevOps (aka TFS) + Investment concepts, practices and procedures used in the securities industry. **COMPETENCIES** + Analysis: Identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities; compare data from different sources to draw conclusions.
