The Senior Analyst, Project Management will initiate, plan, execute, control and manage all aspects of projects to ensure ultimate project success.
How you'll make an impact:
Lead the execution of tasks as defined in the project management plan and actively manage project riskDetermine and discern detailed requirements on mid-to-large scale projects to establish the project deliverables and develop the project management plan, and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs to keep the project management plan updated and reflective of authorized project changesFacilitate the creation and approval of business cases, and utilizes historical data and expert judgment in order to understand project limitationsAssess project performance to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify variances, perform required corrective actions and communicate to all stakeholdersEstablish and coordinate team members and stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communicationsActively lead one or more Project Management Office (PMO) continuous improvement activitiesManage project closure activities, including gathering lessons learnedOther duties as assigned by Leadership
What you'll need (Required):
Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 5 years of experience managing mid-to-large scale projects or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria
What else we look for (Preferred):
Project Management Professional (PMP)Experience working in the medical device industry and/or a highly regulated industryProven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite and related project management systemsExcellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectivesSubstantial understanding and knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to managing small-to-mid scale project plansAbility to adapt to new technologiesAbility to adapt to rapidly changing environmentStrong problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skillsAbility to work in a fast paced environment and multi-taskAbility to interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizationsAdhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
