What You’ll Do
Manage the execution of medium to large projects or work streams by monitoring progress, resolving critical issues, escalating risks, tracking budgets, and managing stakeholder expectations.Support assigned projects by understanding business needs, developing and testing solutions, piloting initiatives, and monitoring results.Assist in preparing project packages, design documentation, and follow-ups with consultants and internal teams to ensure quality and accuracy.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Real Estate, Compliance, Asset Protection, Corporate Security, Operations) and external partners to support planning and implementation.Analyze project data, including inventory and process improvements, and create dashboards and reports to support operational and leadership decisions.Identify root causes of project quality issues, change requests, or failures and propose actionable solutions.Provide presentations and progress updates to project stakeholders while ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables.

What You’ll Bring
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Risk Management, or related field AND 2 years of experience in project management, security, construction management, emergency management, operations, or related area.OR3 years of experience in project management, security, emergency management, operations, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, QuickBase, or similar).Supervising associates or leading small project teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
