Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Analyst, Production Control Analyst to join our team in Everett, WA. The successful candidate has working knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems in a manufacturing environment and utilizes data-driven decision making to ensure the smooth flow of materials to meet production schedules. In this role, you will manage kit readiness, coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure materials and documentation are accurate, and maintain the integrity of our MRP and inventory systems. You will proactively track production status, identify material shortages, and make recommendations to keep operations on time and on target.
**What You Will Do**
+ Manage Kit Readiness including working with cross-functional team in BOM, Material Master, Process Engineering, Operations, and Document Control
+ Coordinates kitting process with multiple stores and consolidation areas
+ Maintain integrity of the shop floor, MRP, and inventory systems through key performance metrics
+ Provides continuous updates to production team for product line status and often leads status meetings
+ Executes and maintains current ERP System
+ Prepares and maintains production reports so that performance problems can be identified and resolved.
+ Organizes and arranges for delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to expedite the flow of materials and meet production schedules.
+ Compiles information and makes recommendations that impact production rates and progress, materials inventory, materials used, or customer information.
+ Plans, schedules and arranges for shipments and identifies material shortages to minimize disruptions to the operations schedule.
**Qualifications You Must Have**
+ Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience **or** an Advanced Degree in a related field
**Qualifications We Prefer**
+ MRP knowledge, SAP experience preferred
+ Experience in Material and Inventory Control-type systems such as Kanban, SMI, Continuous Flow Manufacturing
+ Experience utilizing lean manufacturing concepts
+ Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook/Skype)
+ Self-starter who requires minimal supervision, works well with teammates and customers, and has a results-based mindset and proven track record of success
+ Ability to work across business areas and interface at all levels of organization
+ The ability to coordinate with various disciplines
+ Strong analytical, problem solving and business skills
+ Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills

The salary range for this role is 72,000 USD - 144,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
