Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Analyst, Production Control Analyst to join our team in Everett, WA. The successful candidate has working knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems in a manufacturing environment and utilizes data-driven decision making to ensure the smooth flow of materials to meet production schedules. In this role, you will manage kit readiness, coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure materials and documentation are accurate, and maintain the integrity of our MRP and inventory systems. You will proactively track production status, identify material shortages, and make recommendations to keep operations on time and on target.

What You Will Do

Manage Kit Readiness including working with cross-functional team in BOM, Material Master, Process Engineering, Operations, and Document ControlCoordinates kitting process with multiple stores and consolidation areasMaintain integrity of the shop floor, MRP, and inventory systems through key performance metricsProvides continuous updates to production team for product line status and often leads status meetingsExecutes and maintains current ERP SystemPrepares and maintains production reports so that performance problems can be identified and resolved.Organizes and arranges for delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to expedite the flow of materials and meet production schedules.Compiles information and makes recommendations that impact production rates and progress, materials inventory, materials used, or customer information.Plans, schedules and arranges for shipments and identifies material shortages to minimize disruptions to the operations schedule.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field

MRP knowledge, SAP experience preferredExperience in Material and Inventory Control-type systems such as Kanban, SMI, Continuous Flow ManufacturingExperience utilizing lean manufacturing conceptsExperience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook/Skype)Self-starter who requires minimal supervision, works well with teammates and customers, and has a results-based mindset and proven track record of successAbility to work across business areas and interface at all levels of organizationThe ability to coordinate with various disciplinesStrong analytical, problem solving and business skillsExcellent communication (written and verbal) skills

The salary range for this role is 72,000 USD - 144,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
