**What You Will Do:**
The Senior Analyst will support a team of product managers across all phases of the product lifecycle from inception through completion.
This role is responsible for developing and delivering a range of analytical reports while working with the broader team to ensuring all data is accurate, validated, and free of discrepancies. The position also focuses on continuously improving data‑gathering, verification, and presentation processes to enhance efficiency and decision‑making across the organization.
A qualified candidate will have demonstrated experience summarizing, interpreting, and presenting large and complex data sets in a clear and actionable manner. They should be comfortable working with multiple data sources such as SAP, Excel, and various database exports. They should be proficient in data‑visualization techniques using tools such as pivot tables, Excel charts, and Power BI. The ideal candidate will also have hands‑on experience automating or streamlining reporting processes through tools like Excel macros, scripting languages (such as Python or VBA), or workflow automation platforms to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
This position reports to a portfolio director but will be supporting product managers across the Comm, Nav, Surveillance portfolios.
+ Develop, compile, and deliver a variety of analytical reports—including financial, obsolescence, and operational summaries to support strategic decision‑making across the organization.
+ Understand data sources and implement improvements to streamline data gathering, validation, and reporting workflows.
+ Evaluate existing reporting tools and methods to identify opportunities for automation, enhanced accuracy, and improved data visualization.
+ Work with product managers closely to ensure data is accurate and complete. Work with external organizations to promptly investigate and resolving discrepancies or inconsistencies.
+ Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand reporting needs, refine data requirements, and ensure that delivered reports meet business expectations.
+ Maintain documentation of reporting processes, data definitions, and quality standards to support transparency and repeatability.

**Qualifications You Must Have:**
+ Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
+ Demonstrated experience summarizing, interpreting, and presenting large and complex data sets
+ Experience working in Excel, pivot tables, Excel charts
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience using Excel macros, PowerBI, SAP, Python, or VBA
+ Strength in interpersonal and presentation skills.
+ Must be able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
+ Well-developed communication skills, both oral and written.
+ Experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
