The Portfolio Analytics team is supporting the Clients in making strategic decisions regarding their real estate portfolio. The team is involved in projects for Clients from various industries and geographical zones, performing collection, validation and collation of key real estate market information and using it for comprehensive analyses supporting the portfolio management process.
What this job involves:
• Support in delivery of a wide range of international Consulting Location Advisory projects, such as location strategy, commute impact assessments, interactive mapping and workplace data analysis
• Data and location analytics for Corporate Real Estate Consulting & Location Advisory Consulting projects as an input to the real estate location strategy (e.g. macroeconomic and statistical data, market trends, specific datasets provided by the Client)
• Market research to support real estate strategic planning and site selection, as well as ongoing real estate market research and awareness to ensure reporting considers relevant risks, opportunities and recent developments
• Working closely with other international teams within JLL to gather relevant market specific information necessary for the analyses (e.g. business requirements, costs, facility information, capex requirements, forecasts, occupancy data, lease and market data)
• Preparing Client-facing documentation: PowerPoint presentations with portfolio analyses summary, key findings and recommendations
• Client relationship management - ad hoc queries as well as standard reports and analyses
Desired skills and experience for this job:
• Fluent English
• A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Real Estate, Spatial Planning, Economic Geography or other fields relevant to the role
• 2+ years of work experience (real estate industry experience is not necessary, but it will be a plus)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Geographic Information System (GIS) and BI tools (ArcGIS online/Desktop, Tableau, Power BI) would be an advantage
• Excellent organizational skills
• Highly analytical with good visualization skills
• Numerical proficiency
• Creative and pragmatic mindset, strong attention to detail
• Collaborative and results-oriented work style
