Position Purpose:

The Senior Business Analyst will provide analytical support, project management, and subject matter expertise in developing and executing data-driven strategies. They will perform complex data analysis, develop new metrics, create visualizations, and solve business questions using insights, analytics, and judgment. This position will work independently and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure end-to-end thinking on strategy and execution. Additionally, they will be responsible for creating thoughtful data architecture and pipelines to ensure scalability and understand how data collection impacts metric reporting.

Direct Manager/Direct Reports:

Typically reports to Manager or Senior Manager Merchandise Mgt SystemsNo associates report to this role on a permanent basis, but requires the leadership of a work group: assign and review work, train and contribute to performance appraisal (but not hiring, firing or disciplinary action).

Travel Requirements:

Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.

Physical Requirements:

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions:

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
