(Senior) Analyst, Marketing Data Analytics

Our (Senior) Analyst, Marketing Data Analytics position is a unique career opportunity that could be your next step towards an exciting future. **How you’ll make an impact:** The (Senior) Analyst, Marketing Data Analytics plays a key role in supporting Edwards Marketing Technologies team by helping analyze, enhance, and maintain business applications data flowing from campaigns, technologies, experiences and partners. This role works across the full spectrum of Market to Order technologies and applicable enterprise data sets. The ideal candidate will be able to support both business stakeholder and IT team requirements and requests for insights, reports, modeling and data access management. This role will work in partnership with our IT Data Team within Snowflake, Tableau, PowerBI and Informatica MDM solutions to ensure the Martech applications including Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Healthcare Data Shield and Adobe RT-CDP are able to support Market to Order requirements and insights. The role also contributes to data analysis and data management activities that improve reporting accuracy, user experience, and digital operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across IT and business teams in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment. Partner with stakeholders to establish the single source of truth and govern data quality and analytic insights for Marketing and Market to Order Data through data standardization. • Provide guidance to business / functional data stewards to ensure alignment on MDM, data projects and data quality/monitoring efforts • Lead the execution of Marketing/Market to Order data related projects – data harmonization, data clean up, system enhancements by engaging key stakeholders, data stewards, and IT partners • Create and maintain data policies, standards and processes; document and maintain data definitions, ownership, and quality rules • Monitor quality of content and make sure that quality issues are identified, documented, and prioritized • Provide training and coaching to other data users - Train content contributors with a range of expertise on the importance of following good data-entry and management processes • Other incidental duties **What You'll Need (Required)** • Bachelor’s degree, along with solid prior experience in marketing, content analytics, or a related field • Strong proficiency in English **What Else We Look For (Preferred)** • Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and data visualization best practices using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc. • Experience working with or implementing Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Real-Time CDP is a significant advantage • Interest in AI technologies and their application in analytics and marketing • Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python for data analysis • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills • A consulting-oriented approach with the ability to provide strategic advice and guidance
