Overview
The Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics will collaborate with senior marketing leaders to deliver strategic dashboards, ad-hoc analyses, and actionable performance insights that enable data-driven decision-making. This role focuses on measuring and optimizing marketing effectiveness across campaigns—including promotions, email, direct mail, and paid media. By leveraging consumer behavior data and key performance metrics, the analyst will design and manage analytics solutions that maximize marketing ROI. This position is integral to supporting growth initiatives across North America and international markets, driving brand awareness, customer loyalty, and revenue acceleration.
Key Responsibilities
+ Develop and continuously improve end-to-end reporting on leads, customer profiles, bookings, web traffic, and multi-channel campaigns to support Marketing, Sales, Revenue, Executives, and Partners.
+ Use advanced database skills to structure, query, and analyze large, complex datasets, delivering insights that inform marketing strategies.
+ Connect disparate data sources to uncover meaningful patterns and guide strategic decisions in ambiguous situations.
+ Ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility across all measurement platforms for real-time decision-making.
+ Design and optimize executive-level Tableau dashboards using advanced features (calculated fields, LOD expressions, parameters) for dynamic, scalable reporting.
+ Conduct audience segmentation and cross-channel performance analysis to refine targeting and improve ROI.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to evolve reporting frameworks and develop scalable analytics solutions for complex business challenges.
+ Support quarterly and annual planning through scenario modeling, demand forecasting, and strategic investment recommendations.
+ Champion analytics best practices by creating clear, insight-driven presentations, automating KPI tracking, leading performance reviews, and aligning stakeholders.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
+ Experience:
+ Minimum 3 years in analytical or quantitative roles involving business or marketing analytics.
+ Proven experience designing data visualizations and reporting solutions using Tableau or similar BI tools.
+ Familiarity with ETL processes and complex datasets preferred.
+ Experience in travel or hospitality is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
+ Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Excel.
+ Experience with Adobe Analytics preferred.
+ Knowledge of R and/or Python is a plus.
+ Ability to develop automated tools and analytics solutions.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused.
+ Passion for leveraging data to solve complex business problems and drive impactful solutions.

This is a Permanent position based out of Miami, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $43.00/hr.
