Senior Analyst, Mandatory Guest Fees

As a Senior Analyst, Mandatory Guest Fees, you will support these areas which are at the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and are important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth\. We are committed to offering leadership development opportunities and programs through every step of a Team Member’s career journey and at every level, both in our hotels and across corporate\. \*\*Available benefits may vary depending upon terms and conditions of employment and are subject to the terms and conditions of the plans\. **HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT** Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique\. **What your day\-to\-day will be like:** + Ensure hotels charging mandatory fees are in full compliance with all disclosure requirements and hotel management teams are trained\. + Conduct audits of systems on mandatory fees, including SRP and hotel eligibility audits\. + Research and respond to information requests regarding mandatory fees from hotels and other partners\. + Maintain historical data from all research, fee implementations, and audits\. **How you will collaborate with others:** + Collaborate with other Hilton departments such as GDM, Legal, Owner Relations, RM New Hotel Opening Team to ensure compliance with charge disclosure, and look for opportunities to improve processes and support\. + Provide support for new fee requests, including any document submissions that are required during Mandatory Fee implementations\. **What projects you will take ownership of:** + Provide guidance to hotels with resort and destination charges by completing SRP audits in addition to implementation and amendment training\. + Ensure hotels follow all mandatory fee brand standards by periodically analyzing the fee landscape throughout Hilton\. + Take a leading role in managing hotel training, documentation and communication related to mandatory fees\. **WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT** **You have these minimum qualifications:** + Three \(3\) years of work experience in hospitality or hotels\. + Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\. **It would be useful if you have:** + BA/BS Bachelor's Degree\. + One \(1\) year of experience in hotel front office operations, rooms division operations, or revenue management\. + Management or supervisory experience in hotel front office, rooms division operations or revenue management\. + Hilton certification in applicable systems relating to front office including OnQ PM, OnQ R&I, and PEP\. **WHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTON** Hilton, the \#1 World's Best Workplace, is a leading global hospitality company with a diverse portfolio of world\-class brands \.
