Main responsibilities:

Lead analytics for loyalty initiatives, including customer segmentation, offer performance, and lifetime value modeling Forecast and model costs of loyalty offers, benefits, and incentives in partnership with Finance and Loyalty stakeholders Build and automate data pipelines using GCP to support scalable reporting and dashboarding Create compelling presentations and white papers that influence senior leadership and drive strategic decisions Collaborate with Data Science, eCommerce, and Digital Product teams on cross-functional initiatives Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights tailored to diverse audiences, from business units to executives Inform and interpret results of A/B tests and causal inference studies to evaluate program effectiveness

The position will be based in Boise, ID or Pleasanton, CA.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline; advanced degree (e.g., MS, PhD) is a plus 4+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or product analytics, ideally in retail, e-commerce, or marketing Advanced SQL skills and experience with ETL workflows; familiarity with GCP, Databricks, or similar platforms Experience with experimentation design and causal inference techniques Exceptional communication skills, able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights  Comfort working in ambiguous environments; able to seamlessly transform business questions into analytical frameworks Experience with dashboarding tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker Bonus: Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and modeling Experience with loyalty programs, CRM analytics, or customer lifecycle modeling

The salary range is $ 62,700 to $ 80,740 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility  for exceptional candidates.
