about this team 

The Inbound Logistics team is an integral part of the supply chain. We are responsible for the efficient on-time delivery of lululemon product and shipments. Our team supports merchants, planning, allocations, sourcing, production and our DCs coordinating domestic, cross border, and international shipments globally. We are passionate about great service with a smile. 

The Senior Analyst, Inbound Logistics Planning is focused on lead-time management and communications; performance analytics and presentation of all inbound goods into our global DCs; leading/supporting key initiatives and communications with internal and external partners. Partners include but are not limited to: Merchants, planning, allocations, sourcing, DC's, logistics service providers.

Leads Inbound performance data analytics; support dashboards maintenance/enhancement and reportingDrive Lead-time related process flow and cadenceWork closely with Global Planning & Allocations (MP&A), as well as other internal and external stakeholders, to assure the inbound lead-times are managedSupport origin and destination optimization opportunities within assigned responsibilitiesLeads relationships with Merchants, Sourcing, LLO, Planning and AllocationsSupport internal sourcing strategy and optimization opportunitiesSupport tool modifications and system(s) collaborationStrategize and lead the Inbound lead-time related process to assure On-Time Performance successManage Inbound performance data analytics; Support dashboards maintenance/enhancement and reportingCollaborate with internal cross-functional partners on regular cadence to support key initiatives and roadmapsCollaborate with global inbound logistics team members daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually on milestone managementCollaborate with global logistics internal and external network on business continuity and change management, etc.

 

 

qualifications 

Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent5+ years working experience within logistics data analytics (ideally in a retail environment) or logistics service provider  An understanding and practical knowledge of retail environment, transportation and DC operationsStrong problem-solving and collaborative skills. Ability to synthesize data into comprehensive reports and present to senior leadershipClear communications skills; both written and verbalAbility to think "outside the box" and thrive in a fast paced environmentExcellent PC Skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI)Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deliver results by critical deadlines

Compensation and Benefits Package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500 - $135,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
