What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

Analyze financial data, generate comprehensive financial reports, and prepare Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss statements, and various accounting schedules.Oversee and maintain company accounts and financial records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to accounting and auditing policies.Update journals, ledgers, and other financial transaction records, verifying data accuracy and preparing detailed reports.Manage data entry activities within accounting system.Engage directly with customers and business partners on complex activities, delivering accurate financial and accounting analysis for external accountants and corporate audit.Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and Sarbanes-Oxley related internal control documentation, supporting internal and external audits.Lead continuous improvement projects, maintain relationships with serviced groups, oversee significant elements of the month-end close process, and perform local statutory analytical reviews.Provide support related to acquisitions or divestitures, participate in special projects, and engage in initiatives beyond existing roles and responsibilities.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting / Finance field is required5+ years of experience in Accounting in shared service centersStrong grasp of US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)Relevant accounting experience and a comprehensive understanding of managing multi-national accounting operationsStrong analytical and critical thinking abilitiesExceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenProficiency in MS Office SuiteEnglish proficiency required (verbal and written)Advanced Accounting knowledgeAdvanced SAP

Relevant pharmaceutical experiencePublic accounting experienceKnowledge in Office 365 Power Tools (Power BI, Power Automate)Operational Business AcumenPower BI (data modeling, DAX) Automation build/maintain (Power Automate / RPA) – basic development lifecycle AI implementation experience CPI or CPA certification
