How you will make an impact:
Analyze competitive market survey results to assess the competitiveness of Edwards executive and equity compensation programs, using results to develop variance analysis for Executive Compensation Management, propose alternatives to executive programs and company-wide equity programs, and involved in discussions of alternatives to determine program developmentPerform complex cost impact and share utilization analyses, including dilution, overhang, and burn rate for executive compensation and global equity programs, as a basis for developing grant recommendationsResolve executive and equity-eligible employee questions or issues, globallyDevelop quantitative information for CD&A and shareholder proposal proxy sections, as well as conducting final review of sectionsDevelop specifications for Executive Deferred Compensation and oversee vendors’ system developmentDraft/update and coordinate approval of all executive compensation plan and global equity grant communicationsWhat you’ll need (Required):
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related fields with 6 years of experience in compensationWhat else we look for (Preferred):

The base pay range for this position is $90,000 to $127,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience). Applications will be accepted while this position is posted on our Careers website.
