The Printed Circuit Design Lead (ECAD) is responsible for coordinating, assigning, and tracking ECAD design work across a global Printed Circuit Design Services team in support of highly complex circuit card assemblies (CCAs) used in aviation and communications systems. This role serves as the primary point of coordination for ECAD work demand, schedule execution, and design status communication across multiple programs and locations. The ECAD Lead ensures work is planned and executed in alignment with cost, schedule, and quality objectives, while promoting consistent application of ECAD design processes, standards, and best practices. The role requires strong collaboration with Printed Circuit Designers, Product Development Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Configuration Management, and other enterprise stakeholders to deliver manufacturable, reliable, and cost-effective design solutions. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
