This is your chance to be part of the next generation Strategy, Insights, Analytics and Full Service team of internal consultants to all teams across Hilton! The team strives to inform Hilton's business leaders with data driven insights aimed at aligning corporate strategy and customer experience across the organization. As a Senior Analyst, Digital Experience Analytics, you will support Hilton's Customers, Brands, Marketing, Digital, Revenue, and Sales organizations, with special support for the executive leadership team. On the Digital Experience Analytics team reporting to the Manager, Digital Experience Analytics, you will support projects to improve Hilton's Digital Owned Channels including digital marketing content, search engine and LLM optimization, and regional in-language performance.

What your day-to-day will be like:
Deliver analysis to answer business questions and outline impacts.Use data to tell comprehensive stories to a variety of audiences and decision-makers.Communicate channel performance through in-depth analyses, impactful visualizations, and effective presentation across to target audiences.Deliver measurement recommendations for a variety of new digital products and advise on the implementation of new analytics tagging requirements.How you will collaborate with others:
Partner with business teams to develop success metrics through analytical guidance.Partner within Strategy, Insights, Analytics and Full Service to deliver cross-functional analyses and ensure measurement approaches are appropriate and adhere to standards.What deliverables you will take ownership of:

You have these minimum qualifications:
Three (3) years of professional experienceTwo (2) years of experience in analyticsExperience independently leading analyses, projects or workstreamsOne (1) year of experience working with a digital analytics platform such as Adobe Analytics or Google AnalyticsIt would be useful if you have:
