The Senior Analyst, Digital Analytics will assist with strategic, cross-functional initiatives and be responsible for driving day to day measurement strategy, communicating results and being directly responsible for driving eCommerce Brand and Merchandising team analytics and insights.
This is an on-site position (Monday through Thursday) based out of our Northbrook, IL office with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.

Translate business reporting needs from eCommerce Brand and Merchandising team into analytics measurement requirements and develop ad-hoc reports / performance dashboardsSetup, configure, and debug clickstream data collection leveraging tag management solutions for site analytics / reporting platforms Coordinate with Brand team, Product team, Developers, UX, Marketing and QA on reporting / measurement strategy for company initiatives, A/B testing, personalization, etc…Support initiatives for data integrity and normalizationSupport all efforts and be a go-to for strategic initiatives across all business channels implemented by the companySupport the company’s mission and goals, including applicable key performance indicators (KPIs)What you’ll bring to the table…

3 years previous experience in eCommerce, digital media or equivalent2 years previous experience front-end web development or tag management solutions Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, business or related fieldSolid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (JS) required; experience with front-end JS libraries or frameworks strongly preferredMinimum Starting Rate: $68,000.00 AnnuallyUp to: $90,000.00 AnnuallyPay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
