This role is an onsite or hybrid role based at our corporate headquarters in Irvine, California.

How you'll make an impact:

This Senior Analytics role – on our Corporate Strategy Team – will focus on leveraging big data and real-world data in combination with competitive intelligence to provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations that drive business growth and innovation.

Integrate competitive intelligence with real-world data to inform strategic planningCollaborate with and influence stakeholders/leadership across the organization through fact-based analyses to address key business prioritiesPartner with team to interpret results of quantitative models and develop alternative analysis to support business objectivesIdentify, evaluate, cleanse, organize, and assess value of disparate data sources. Identify data sources available and collect primary data where necessary.Build custom quantitative models and dashboards to visualize insights by applying advanced statistical methodsPerform validation and testing of models to ensure adequacy and determine need for reformulationPresent and communicate complex analytical findings to be clear, concise, and decision orientedIdentify challenging issues in the marketplace that inform strategic decisions and share insights with the broader organization through the preparation of quarterly/ad hoc reportsOther incidental duties

What you'll need (required):

Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of related experience

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in data science, business analytics, competitive insights or a related roleExperience in healthcare, Lifesciences, medical devices, biopharma, or strategic consultingGood project management skills (e.g., documenting data flows, business processes, power point presentations)Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tool and BI/reporting software including but not limited to Tableau, Power BI, Power Automate, broader Microsoft CoPilot suiteExperience with market analysis models and proficiency in ExcelExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentDesire to learn new concepts and software solutionsStrict attention to detailAbility to interact professionally with all organizational levels

Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.

For California, the base pay range for this position is $90,000 to $127,000 (highly experienced).
