Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Senior Analyst, Corporate Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading complex financial modeling, valuation analysis, and coordinating the due diligence process to drive strategic growth.
You will join a high-impact team dedicated to identifying and executing global acquisition opportunities that shape the future of Iron Mountain.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Lead Financial Modeling and Valuation: Execute sophisticated financial models and valuation analyses to provide senior executives and the Board of Directors with actionable insights for transaction decision-making.Coordinate Strategic Due Diligence: Collaborate with internal project teams and external partners to manage due diligence activities, acquisition pipelines, and internal reporting to ensure seamless deal closures.Support Transaction Execution: Assist in deal structuring and negotiations while ensuring all transaction retrospective analyses and competitive intelligence research comply with organizational standards.What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
2–4 years of experience in finance or business administration, with a strong preference for direct experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).Advanced technical expertise in financial analysis, modeling, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint), with familiarity in Google Suite being a plus.Proven ability to manage complexity by prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously and interfacing effectively with senior executives and external stakeholders.A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.What We Offer
