Collins Aerospace is seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst Logistics join our Inventory Management team at the Largo Consolidated Manufacturing Center. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy and compliance of inventory processes and supports both Government Furnished Material (GFM) and company-owned inventory. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with teams including Production Control, Warehouse Operations, Quality, Planning, Shipping/Receiving and Program Management.
The employee will perform multiple functions within the Logistics and Industrial Security organizations, including Warehouse & Stores Operations, Receiving, Material Control, Inventory, Property, and Packaging. This role is actively engaged in daily logistics operations to meet program schedules and ensure asset accountability. The employee will also support inventory and security operations for the Largo facility, with a focus on COMSEC asset management and compliance.
What You Will Do
Execute logistics operations across depot warehousing, stores, receiving, material control, inventory, and property management
Maintain accurate records and accountability for COMSEC materials in accordance with NSA/CSS and RTX security protocols
Support physical security operations including access control, logistics material management, and incident documentation
Prepare for and support internal, government, and program audits related to logistics and security
Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), service level commitments (SLCs), and budget adherence
Ensure compliance with FOD, ESD, Import/Export, and hazardous material handling requirements are followed
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
Warehousing/ logistics experience
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience in COMSEC/Security asset management and material accountability
Prior logistics experience in depot warehousing, repair & return depot, and production logistics in a manufacturing environment
Ability to develop standard work procedures and conduct assessments for logistics leadership
Knowledge of industry practices and standards in logistics and materials management
Working knowledge of SAP/PRISM systems for logistics transactions, material tracking, and reporting
Familiarity with FAR government regulations and RTX policies and procedures
CORE apprentice certification
COMSEC Custodian certification
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, or Supply Chain Management, and professional experience in logistics or industrial security

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
