**This is a hybrid position requiring an on-site presence 3 to 4 days per week. Please note that the number of days on-site can increase based on business needs.**
The Sr. Analyst, Community Impact supports Sysco’s purpose-driven work by helping design, execute, and manage colleague volunteerism and giving programs across the organization. This role is primarily focused on engaging colleagues through volunteer campaigns, charitable giving, and community partnerships, while supporting accurate reporting and strong nonprofit relationships.
Reporting to the Director, Community Impact, the Sr. Analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders, colleagues, nonprofit partners, and external vendors to ensure Sysco’s community impact programs are well-run, accessible, and impactful. **Primary Responsibilities**
+ Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of colleague volunteerism and giving programs, including Global Purpose Month, site-based volunteer activities, Colleague Resource Group volunteering, and quarterly campaigns
+ Act as the primary admin for internal employee engagement platform, including setting up volunteer activities, troubleshooting, reporting, and colleague support
+ Coordinate volunteer events and campaigns in partnership with local sites, colleagues, and nonprofit organizations
+ Serve as a key point of contact for nonprofit partners, supporting communication, logistics, and follow-up related to volunteerism initiatives
+ Develop and oversee a colleague ambassador program to enhance engagement at the local level
+ Analyze and interpret participation, engagement, and impact data; identify trends and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve program effectiveness and colleague engagement
+ Support Global Good and Community Impact reporting through accurate data collection and analysis
+ Develop and maintain tools, templates, and guidance to help sites effectively plan and execute volunteer activities
+ Support internal communications related to volunteering and giving, including campaign materials, toolkits, and impact highlights, in partnership with communications teams
+ Assist with administrative and operational tasks such as documentation, approvals, and coordination to ensure programs align with internal policies and processes
+ Exercise independent judgment in resolving complex programmatic issues, optimizing platform functionality, and adapting programs to meet evolving business and community needs
+ Support additional community impact initiatives as needed in response to business priorities or seasonal activity
**Education**
+ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
**Experience**
+ 5+ years of experience in community impact, CSR, corporate philanthropy, employee engagement, or related field.
+ Hands-on experience supporting employee volunteerism or workplace giving programs.
+ Experience using employee engagement platforms such as Benevity, YourCause, or similar tools.
+ Experience coordinating events, campaigns, or programs involving multiple stakeholders.
+ Experience working with nonprofit organizations and supporting community partnerships.
+ Experience supporting data tracking, reporting, or dashboards related to engagement or impact metrics.
+ Demonstrated ability to analyze engagement data and translate findings into operational improvements
+ Ability to operate autonomously with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment
**Technical Skills and Abilities**
+ Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
+ Comfort working with data and reporting tools, including Excel and engagement platforms.
+ Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
+ High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality execution.
+ Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
+ Genuine interest in community engagement, volunteering, and purpose-driven work.
