What you'll do...Role summary:
The (USA) Senior Analyst, Communications - Content Writer, plays a pivotal role in developing and executing internal content strategies that support business objectives. This position provides expert guidance on content creation, including procedures, messaging, presentations, and multimedia materials, while ensuring alignment with technical standards and company values. The role involves collaborating across functions to drive effective content and communication initiatives, identifying improvement opportunities, and fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders. The Senior Analyst contributes to continuous innovation by researching industry trends and applying best practices to enhance content effectiveness and support organizational goals.

About the team:
The Knowledge Management team plays a critical role in supporting Walmart Marketplace by developing clear and effective internal documentation that empowers contact center associates to assist sellers efficiently. This team values collaboration and technical expertise to deliver high-quality communications that align with business goals. Members contribute to continuous improvement by integrating innovative practices and maintaining strong partnerships across functions. The team fosters a professional environment focused on integrity, accountability, and delivering impactful solutions that enhance the overall seller and associate experience within a dynamic and evolving marketplace.

What you'll do:
Provide technical guidance and support to Coordinators, ensuring adherence to content standards and quality.Develop and deliver internal content materials, including procedures, messages, talking points, FAQs, presentations, and promotional content.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute global internal content projects.Research and incorporate innovative communication practices and technologies to enhance effectiveness.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to identify needs and implement business solutions.Support continuous improvement by monitoring progress, adapting to changes, and promoting company values and ethics.

What you'll bring:
Proven expertise in developing and executing internal content materials, including presentations, articles, and promotional content.Strong writing and multimedia skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize content from diverse sources.Experience providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to communication standards and best practices.Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.Demonstrated commitment to integrity, ethical standards, and fostering a positive, respectful work environment.Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and adapting to evolving business needs.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...
