The Senior Analyst Collections & Deductions ANZ supports day-to-day business processes, aligned with Kraft Heinz Australia and New Zealand stakeholders. The role leads a team member and collaborates with third-party BPO partners to drive process improvements and boost performance. As a key member of the GBS team, the Senior Analyst promotes Executional Excellence, Process Excellence, Innovation, and Business Value, reporting to the Group Lead – Order to Cash & Trade Finance and partnering with the Trade to Cash Manager ANZ.

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:

The role is primarily responsible for driving the following areas: ‘Collections’, ‘Deductions’, ‘Authorise and Manage Credit’, and ‘Cash Applications’, ‘Customer Master’.

First point of escalation for Kraft Heinz on Accounts Receivable matters (cash, credit, collections deductions and customer master)

Review and analyse reports from GBS

Drive working capital improvements in partnership with Kraft Heinz Treasury department and with support from Group Lead Order to Cash & Trade Finance.

Accountable for delivering Business Value targets associated with Invoice to Cash initiatives and other corresponding activity.

Responsible for ITC approvals including Credit Limit Reviews, Credit Hold Order releases and all other ITC approvals supporting daily OTC operations.

Play a support role on relevant project and technology implementations including SAP S/4 Hana, Integrated Business Planning, and other digital solutions

Apply understanding of assigned business process to identify gaps and propose continuous improvement measures

Liaise between GBS and Kraft Heinz on Service Level Agreements and Reverse Service Level Agreements and drive action plans to improve performance on both sides

Drive Service Performance Management reviews between business and GBS and improve reporting with GBS team

Work with Kraft Heinz and GBS on SOX testing schedule and audit support

Review local policies related to the Invoice to Cash area and implement processes in within GBS to standardize ways of working

Conduct training of GBS team on new ways of working

About you:

Understanding of Accounts Receivable processes

Minimum of 5 years of progressing work experience in accounts receivable area

Experience working in an operational capacity within GBS is preferred

Experience working with BPO or offshore teams is preferred

Experience operating in matrix/complex organisations

Experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities

Experience participating in Continuous improvement initiatives

Strong customer service background

Positive, proactive can-do attitude

Attention to detail and high accuracy skills

Strong problem solving skills

Ability to work within a team environment

Ability to foster strong relationships with customers and sales teams
