Survey Design and Project Management
* Develops survey instruments, leveraging established materials and custom enhancements
* Performs quality control functions, ensuring minimal/no errors
* Effectively manages projects through all phases, including initial launch
* Collaborates effectively with project team members across functions
Client Servicing
* Monitors and communicates status (quality, timing, budget) of survey research programs to clients and internal stakeholders through all phases
* Provides support to more senior team members on complex programs
* Contributes to best practice development and download of best practices to clients
