**Position Summary...** **What you'll do...** **Please note:** This position offers a 4-day, 10-hour workweek and requires availability for at least one weekend day and hoildays. **Position Summary** In this role, you will use Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Tableau daily to monitor network performance, manage disruptions, and communicate clear findings. You will conduct root cause analysis to drive corrective actions and support day-to-day operations, including escalations and standardized reporting. The team provides mentorship, an open-door environment, and defined growth paths. Weekend and holiday coverage is required. You will have opportunities to advance within Walmart, and you will have the tools and learning resources to continue developing your analytics and operations skills. **About us** We are the Network Operations Center (NOC) for the Last Mile Delivery where monitor and manage disruptions to mitigate network performance degradation. We partner with various stakeholders to build and improve processes. **What you’ll do:** + Use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau to analyze data, perform RCA, and build reporting. + Run root cause analyses to identify issues, quantify impact, and drive corrective actions. + Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to set expectations, communicate status, and follow through. + Support weekend and holiday operations as part of a coverage rotation. + Maintain high data accuracy and document processes for repeatability. **What you’ll bring:** + 1-2+ years of relevant experience + Strong, hands-on skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau. + Proven experience conducting RCA and turning findings into action. + Clear communication and stakeholder management. + A team-first mindset and reliability under time pressure. + Availability to work weekends and holidays. + Meticulous attention to detail. _The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed in the role.
