Title and Summary
Senior Analyst, Business DevelopmentAs a Senior Analystl, Business Development you will be responsible for leading our acceptance partners’ sales enablement plan with focusing on Merchants and amongst other digital enablement solutions helping them to design the integration of Mastercard’s current and future set of digital payment solutions currently ranging from wallet to CoF as well as guest checkout solutions with main focus in Click to Pay, with a strong focus on User and Customer Experience. You will work with the Product and Customer Delivery teams to ensure the organization successfully executes on its enablement plan.Role
As a Senior Analyst, Business Development for PSPs and Merchants within the Spanish market, you will be the commercial lead, and in turn responsible for:
• Identify and drive the successful Click to Pay solution for PSPs and Merchants
• Drive pre and after sale partner meetings with detailed technical understanding of product features to identify and implement solutions in partnership with the Product & Solution Specialist
• Ability to communicate situationally with technically literate and non-literate stakeholders to build and implement new features as required
• Regularly interact with the product enablement team and technical teams to develop and maintain an expert level understanding of the products
• Advise and help preventing well known technical issue
• Become a subject matter expert in Mastercard Digital Products
Required Skills
• Commercial and Business Development skills including customer facing experience
• Payment Industry experience (mainly card not present)– market experience in a PSP or Merchant would be desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain technical topics in simple terms; able to think quickly and react to client-impacting situations
• Self-motivated and able to complete tasks with limited direction
• Ability to travel
• Language: Spanish and English is required
