Senior Analyst, Accounts Payable
Job Title: Sr Analyst, Accounts Payable Job Description The Sr Analyst, Accounts Payable acts as a subject matter expert in the Procure to Pay (P2P) process, providing analysis and data cleanup for integration and P2P implementation. This role assists with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for integration of combined financials and P2P implementation. Additionally, the analyst serves as a super user and business administrator for tax engine implementation, third-party supplier verification, and accounts payable email applications. Collaborating with the Business Intelligent (BI) team and others, the analyst develops key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and reporting dashboards. The position also involves troubleshooting strategic supplier issues and supporting accounting specialists with training and auditing requests. Responsibilities + Act as a subject matter expert in the Procure to Pay process. + Perform analysis and data cleanup for integration and P2P implementation. + Assist with UAT for integration of combined financials and P2P implementation. + Serve as super user and business administrator for tax engine implementation and accounts payable applications. + Collaborate with BI team to create KPIs, metrics, and reporting dashboards. + Troubleshoot strategic supplier issues with AP Specialists and Analysts. + Create and manage Intranet subsite to communicate business information. + Support accounting specialists with questions, training issues, and auditing requests. Essential Skills + Research analysis + Accounting + Reconciliation + Oracle Cloud Fusion + Process improvement + Accounts payable + User Acceptance Testing (UAT) + Procure to Pay (P2P) Additional Skills & Qualifications + 4 years of experience in Procure to Pay with an emphasis on Accounts Payable, accounting, or related area. + Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field, or additional two years of relevant experience. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Self-starter with professional curiosity and action bias. + Ability to work flexible schedule based on business needs. + Strong project management and organizational skills. + Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. + Ability to identify opportunities for improvement in business processes.
