Strong years of Machine Learning / AI solution development experienceHaving in-depth understanding of the state-of-art AI / GenAI technologiesProven capability in designing scalable enterprise AI solutions for complicated business problemsTechnical savvy for quick experimenting the state-of-art AI algorithms and open-source packagesProduct mindset in designing and owning the full roadmap of an AI applicationProficient in coding and proven experience in managing a developer team for agile delivery, preferably having relevant application frontend or backend developer experienceProven exposures connections in academic or industry communities / conferences are highly preferred
