ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior AI Engineer** to join our team. This is a **remote** position. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Interview customers to understand and document their current state data analytical needs and how AI and ML solutions can solve those needs. + Elicit requirements and develop technical designs and specifications for new AI/ML solutions. + Install, configure, test, and document the use of AI/ML tools in use within the AI/ML environment. + Use the tools in the AI/ML environment to design, develop, test, and deploy models and applications that solve data analytical needs. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree + 10+ years’ experience performing data engineering tasks, such as extract/transform/load (ETL), data cleansing, and data wrangling + 5+ years’ experience with Python code development + 5+ years’ experience installing, configuring, and using AI/ML tools, such as Flowise, NiFi, Jupyter Notebooks, and large language models + Experience as a public sector consultant **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with AWS + Experience with US Air Force + CompTIA Security+ certification **Security Clearance Requirements:** + US citizenship with a Secret level clearance. **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to travel (10% or less). + Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. + Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. + The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
