Key Responsibilities

Build & lead the technical team of a new Valsoft AI venture in the healthcare space. Design, build, and deploy AI-powered features—agent-based workflows, RAG search, predictive tools—ensuring they seamlessly auto-deploy across multiple products. Own the stack end-to-end: databases, APIs, front-end, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure. Champion best practices in code quality, testing, project management, and observability; mentor peers through pair programming. Iterate rapidly: prototype on Monday, gather user feedback by Friday, ship production features the following week.
