Job Purpose
Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of a best?in?class asset management framework across a portfolio of mining, processing, and industrial assets. The role focuses on enhancing asset performance, value creation, governance, reporting, and capital allocation through practical, execution?ready solutions.
 
Requirements 15+ years’ experience in mining, metals, or industrial sectors, with strong exposure to asset or portfolio management, operations, or investment decision?making Proven experience managing multi?asset portfolios, capital allocation, and performance improvement initiatives Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, governance, and joint venture structures Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution Experience working with senior leadership, boards, or investment committees Willingness to be based in Oman (with flexibility as required)
