This is a remote position that supports stores in the NY/NJ/MA/CT/PA/RI region.
Your Role
The Senior Advisor, Associate Relations supports the associate relations activities for Victoria’s Secret Stores in the US and Canada. They provide an open line of communication to the enterprise to ensure policies, procedures and disciplinary actions are followed properly. They provide consultation with field leaders and associates to clarify and resolve issues by being a mediator and problem solver. Additionally, they gather and report on HR data points to identify trends to ensure alignment towards HR goals and company strategic imperatives.

Your Impact
Associate Relations Investigations
Provide front line support as first point of contact for designated regions AR issues, supporting approx. 5,000 associates and leaders.
Investigate and process high-risk investigations and Ethics concerns with urgency.
Coordinate intake, fact finding, documentation and recommended actions on associate investigations.
Appropriately assess risk levels and triage according to resolution protocol.
Support and guide leaders in ADA interactive dialogue and accommodation needs assessment.
Effectively communicate with stores’ leadership to provide direction and guidance on employment issues including disciplinary actions, behavior and conduct concerns, terminations, workplace conflict and other related issues.
Serve as advisor with field leadership to guide and influence on performance management and formal disciplinary actions for all store field associates.
Consult and partner with leadership in developing associate performance improvement plans. Ensure proper policies and procedures are following when preparing notices related to associate counseling and disciplinary action.
Support positive associate relations and constructive employer-associate relationships.
Performance Management
Provide strategic guidance to field leaders and client groups on performance and policy administration and application.
Play a critical role in positive associate relations for store leadership/associate, aid in training, promoting culture and open communication throughout the stores.
Monitor overall caseload and appropriateness of formal investigation process. Partnership with cross-functional business partners to flag ethics and compliance concerns.
Review written reports from investigative (ethics) team and help to communicate outcomes to critical partners.
Provide and display expert judgement in employment recommendation and decisions.
Business Metric Tracking and Analytics
Proactively identify trends and metrics within stores, districts, regions and/or by issue type by leveraging reporting and insights from field interactions. Propose solutions and drive process improvement. Evaluate business risks and escalate as needed.
Diagnose and recommend training opportunities for field leadership.
Additional Responsibilities
Serve as a primary partner for legal in EEOC claims and all legal investigations for store field associates to include gathering documentation to support claims.
Partner with internal business partners to channel and resolve issues related to LOA/Unemployment/Workers Compensation/Customer Care Concerns, etc.
Represent store and HR perspective on all medical accommodations within assigned region. Guide leaders appropriately based on aligned decision.
Assist with ad hoc projects to help support company initiatives, develop proactive strategies, solutions programs, and process improvement.

Minimum Salary: $96,800.00Maximum Salary: $132,195.00

QualificationsYour Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equal work experience.
Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience.
2 years Associate Relations experience preferred.
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality when handling sensitive company and employee information.
Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal with all levels inside the organization
Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to clearly articulate a problem and identify a resolution for all levels of field leadership and HR.
Ability to analyze situations, develop effective action plans and resolve issues.
Ability to identify trends in behaviors & issues and provide direct coaching in a way that will result in capability building for the field leaders and HR partners.
Ability to adapt to a changing and challenging environment.
Ability to work effectively in a multi-state, fast-paced environment.
Preferred location near a large city and close to an airport.
Remote work, travel up to 10%.
