**_Senior Advanced Software Engineer for Intelligrated Services, LLC in Mason, OH_** **Responsibilities:** + Actively participate in the entire lifecycle of assigned projects, including project requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing. + Lead and implement PLC controls projects for integrated systems and subsystems, specifically in warehouse distribution centers and material handling machine control systems, encompassing conveyor, merge, and sorter subsystems. + Contribute to project planning, reporting, and management while overseeing financial, technical, and timeline aspects to recognize project success. + Manage multiple high-risk projects, taking ownership of PLC content and ensuring consistency among projects, documentation, and support. + Ensure 100% compliance with phase gate reviews, delivering all project outputs on time, and engaging in monthly project reviews alongside Project Managers and Program Managers. + Provide support and consulting for Concepting & Estimating, PLC Controls Engineering, Project Management, Systems Engineering, Installation, Product Development, technical support, and Sales & Marketing. + Manage program requirements, associated documentation, and maintain technical communications with customers to drive execution improvements and continuous enhancement efforts. + Develop, document, and uphold machine control interface standards across multiple platforms. + Review and optimize complex project and standard library PLC (programmable logic controller) code. + Review and optimize Ethernet IP network configurations (including screens, reports and HMI – Human Machine Interface). + Review and optimize system architecture, operation descriptions, functional specifications and interfacing documents for equipment. + Will be required to attend weekly team meetings, review scheduled tasks, and report project progress on a regular basis. + Will be required to manage project budgets ($5M average budget) and report monthly. + Will be required to manage customer portfolios ($10M average budget) and report monthly. + Perform emulations of all major designs. **YOU MUST HAVE:** + Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science or related field and six (6) years of experience in job offered or acceptable alternative occupation. + Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree in the stated fields and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or an acceptable alternate occupation. Full term of experience must include: extensive knowledge of Material Handling Equipment including high speed merging, high speed sorting, accumulation conveyors, VFD's, barcode scanners, HMI’s; strong knowledge of PLC configuration management and change management; highly skilled at creating complex PLC code using Rockwell Studio software, creating HMI/SCADA applications; experience in emulation and simulation of PLC projects; experience leading end-to-end of multiple projects or programs; ability to communicate complex concepts to the customer and other engineers using verbal and written communications. + Telecommuting permitted. + Approximately 50% domestic/international travel required. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** + Location: Mason, OH + 40 hours/week + Employee Referral Fee: $1500 + If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.
