Senior Adobe Product Manager
Job Description · Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with development, business, and external partners to build consensus on priorities and execute a shared vision that supports growth and risk objectives. · Own Roadmap & Requirements: Lead quarterly and ongoing roadmap planning, manage prioritization, and establish clear requirements for product, data science, and underwriting initiatives. · Ensure Project Success: Oversee project delivery by managing timelines, coordinating with engineering and vendors, and maintaining data integrations to enable personalized customer communications. Leverage Data for Decisions: Analyze customer behavior and marketing technology performance using data-driven insights to inform strategy and optimize communications. Skills and Requirements · 5+ year(s) of experience as a product manager – with prior leadership experience, within a face paged, rapidly changing environment. · Prior communications experience, within email, Text and Push channels, with experience with Adobe, Salesforce or other Communications platforms. · Collaboration - this is a cross-functional role and you need to be aligned with your marketing and communication partners as architectural and prioritization decisions are made. You understand the needs of different teams, drive clarity in decision making, and can tailor your communications · Strong interest in technical challenges, including a desire to poke around in the code for your learning, and working on a broader platform team that is building tools and services for our customers Experience in lending or financial services / technology
