**Job Description**
AECOM are seeking a highly organized and efficient Senior Document Controller to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our organization's information management processes, ensuring data integrity, and supporting strategic decision-making through effective information governance.
**Role and Responsibilities**
+ Set up and implement project digital records/document control processes.
+ Set up and Implement project digital/digitised administrative procedures including circulation of information and upload of project deliverables.
+ Maintain project record platforms to ensure that information is trackable, traceable and accessible to the relevant parties associated with the project.
+ Work independently on routine information management tasks per pre-established digital and document records project procedures.
+ May orient, train, assign, and check the work of lower-level employees.
+ Manage and perform project documentation QAQC reviews in association with the documentation originator to ensure compliance with the project naming conventions and sign-off protocols.
+ Develop and implement information management policies, procedures, and best practices
+ Oversee the organization, storage, and retrieval of critical business information and data
+ Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure proper integration of information systems
+ Manage large-scale information projects, including data migration and system upgrades
+ Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with data governance and privacy regulations
+ Provide training and support to staff on information management tools and processes
+ Analyze information flow and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
+ Develop and maintain documentation for information management processes and systems
+ Serve as a key liaison between departments for information-related issues and projects
+ Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in information management
**Qualifications**
**Qualifications**
+ Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in information management or related field
+ Advanced proficiency in information management systems and database management
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
+ Excellent organizational and time management abilities
+ Proven experience in developing and implementing information management policies and procedures
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Access
+ In-depth knowledge of data governance, information security, and privacy regulations
+ Experience managing large-scale information projects
