Requirements As a Senior Administrative Professional, your primary responsibilities may include: + Administrative Support: Provide high-level assistance to executives or departments, including complex scheduling, calendar management, and communication coordination. + Data Management: Compile, edit, and maintain reports, databases, and presentations ensuring flawless accuracy and timeliness. + Event Management: Oversee planning and logistics for meetings, conferences, and corporate events. + Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, including contracts, payment processing, and issue resolution. + Policy Compliance: Ensure all administrative functions align with company policies and best practices. + Confidentiality: Handle sensitive materials with professionalism and discretion. Requirements To excel in this role, you should possess: + Experience: 5+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably in a fast-paced or corporate environment. + Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration (or a related field) is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered. + Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook); experience with scheduling or CRM systems is a plus. + Soft Skills: Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. + Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking and decision-making capabilities under pressure.
