We are looking for a fully remote Senior Administrative Assistant in the lending and financial industry who must live in the greater Edmonton area.

The Senior Administrative Assistant is a newly developed role that will be responsible for touching all processes within the company, acting as a “do-it-all” operational partner who supports, optimizes, and enhances systems, software, marketing, bookkeeping, and client workflows.
Senior Administrator Responsibilities Manage and improve internal systems, processes, documentation, and workflow Support and develop CRM operations (SHAPE), tech tools, and business automation Bookkeeping, banking tasks, and financial tracking Manage projects and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders Reorganize, streamline, and build administrative and operational systems Social media coordination and digital marketing support Provide flexible support for occasional quick-turn tasks outside of standard hours if required Work closely with the executives to support all aspects of office administration The Successful Candidate Has 5+ years of experience supporting an entrepreneur or running full-scope office administration Experience in private lending, mortgage, legal, or related financial services is preferred Strong technical aptitude with CRM tools (Trello, SHAPE, or similar) Bookkeeping experience and comfort with financial tasks Strong business acumen and able to communicate to external stakeholders Proven ability to manage multiple operational areas with accuracy and detail High level of communication, professionalism, and personal accountability Willingness to be flexible, occasional short tasks may be required after hours Must be based in the Edmonton area, with full work-from-home capability Able to meet the executives in person when needed Compensation and Benefits The discussed salary range is $60,000 – $75,000 depending on experience Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may be considered Flexible work lifestyle and work from home Opportunity for significant growth within an evolving company Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
