In this role, you will:

Support performance and overall effectiveness of team in performing moderately complex to complex administrative tasksBe responsible for compiling information, preparing moderately complex reports, and balancing routine general ledger lines or expense accountsPerform complex administrative, transactional, operational, or customer support tasksProvide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of more experienced level administrative work as well as ongoing ad hoc and project or business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reportsAssist with selectively referring callers, and answering questions regarding business unit policies and proceduresProvide subject matter expertise and interpretation of administrative procedures to less experienced staffProvide administrative supervision and support to managers in the areas of reporting, customer or business documentationInteract with immediate Administrative Assistant team, functional area, and internal peers regarding routine administrative tasksSupport more experienced level leaders with daily administrative tasks and interact with more experienced leaders across the organization


Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

Knowledge of Concur or similar expense management and travel systemsExperience in project/program managementProficiency with Office 365 Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Workday, Salesforce, SharePoint and a high aptitude for learning new software and systemsProficiency with meeting platform systems Microsoft TeamsAbility to complete tight deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detailPrevious experience in auto industry, banking, or financial servicesA big-picture mindset, not for the sake of completing tasks, but devising long-term high-quality solutionsAbility to maintain confidentiality of company informationWell organized with a proven ability to prioritize effectivelyEffective and concise communication and interpersonal skills both in-person and virtuallyProven ability to make independent decisions and pivot between responsibilitiesIdentify ways to improve tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, and offer ideas on trends, workflow, and presentation designStrong analytical skillsExperience with reporting/manipulating data/trendingStrong collaboration and partnering skillsKnowledge and understanding of Shared Risk Platform (SHRP)Exposure to Wells Fargo RCSA (Risk and Control Self-Assessment) PlatformKnowledge and understanding of Enterprise policy, process, and procedures.


Job Expectations:
