Senior Administrative Assistant
Work Flexibility: Onsite

Location: 5900 Optical Ct., San Jose, CA

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible)

Summary:

As the Senior Administrative Assistant for the Vice President of Marketing and his team, you will provide proactive and detail-oriented administrative support, while managing travel and expenses, assisting with scheduling and calendar coordination, and handling confidential information with discretion.

What You Will Do:

Schedule and prioritize work assignments Manage calendars and meeting logistics, both in-person and virtual, to include preparation of documents, agendas, and presentationsPrepare travel and accommodations, both domestic and international Prepare expense reports and spreadsheets Manage expected deliverables from the organization (e.g., Business Reviews, presentations, etc.)  Maintain historical records and filing systems for the executive(s) Use discretion, judgment, tact, and diplomacy for assignments which may involve work of a confidential and/or complex nature and exposure to sensitive information and contactsServe as the primary point of contact for communication on all matters pertaining to the executive(s) 

What You Need:

Required:

High School Diploma or Equivalent3+ years’ experience supporting Senior Leadership in a similar capacityExperience with Microsoft Office programs

Preferred:

Associate or bachelor’s Degree

$36.42/hr. – $50.38/hr., plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
