How you'll make an impact:

Prepare sitewide communications including emails, newsletters, professional summaries of events, etc.Perform general administrative activities including screening and directing phone calls, as well as composing and typing general correspondencePlan and execute meetings and eventsUse broad range of computer programs to support development of correspondence, presentations, and to perform data entry in support of a department, significant organizationAssist in semi-routine administrative projects/tasksPrepare information for use in general meetingsSchedule domestic and international travel in compliance with existing policies and proceduresOther duties as assigned by leadership


What you'll need (Required):

H.S. Diploma or equivalent with 4 years of previous related experience

Bachelors degreeGood computer skills including MS Office SuiteGood written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skillsAdhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
