Senior Administrative Assistant

At OneMain, Senior Administrative Assistants provide essential support to our dynamic leadership team. They bring strong organization and time management abilities, along with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy to management multiple priorities effectively. With a strong sense of urgency and initiative, they help ensure the smooth operation of the office and day-to-day activities of our leaders. Senior Administrative Assistants also collaborate closely with operations, data analytics, and development teams to gather insights, coordinate tasks and support the seamless execution of internal projects.

In the Role

Coordinate and communicate travel arrangements for executive leadership team

Prepare reports, presentations and other business-related content as needed

Maintaining accurate and organized records, files and databases

Providing administrative logistical support, including light project management

Monitor and manage budgetary needs for executive level, adhering to all guidelines

Support various operational functions, including third-party agreements and contracts, data analytics reporting, presentation development, sales support analytics, procurement projects, and special initiatives

Serve as backup support for office facilities management

Perform additional duties as assigned by Associate Director Ops Support

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative support role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree

Experience making travel arrangements

Experience with calendar management, scheduling and expense reporting

Location: Onsite in Salt Lake City, UT
