This is an in-office Senior Administrative position that requires experience in all areas of the outlined responsibilities.
Our client is a respected and community-oriented organization located in the north end of Edmonton. Known for their strong values, collaborative leadership team, and meaningful impact across the region, they offer a supportive and professional work environment with room to grow The Senior Administrator will play a key role in supporting the CEO and Vice Presidents, providing administrative, project, and accounting support to help drive day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

Senior Administrator Responsibilities: Provide executive-level support to the CEO and VP team, including calendar management and meeting coordination Assist with planning and executing internal and external events Manage project timelines, documentation, and follow-up tasks Support accounting functions such as invoicing, expense tracking, and data entry Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations with strong attention to detail Maintain organized systems for documentation and internal communications Liaise with stakeholders and teams across departments The Successful Candidate Has: 4+ years of experience in an administrative or project coordination role Post-secondary education in administration, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience supporting senior leadership or executive teams Excellent organizational and communication skills Experience planning and coordinating events or internal initiatives Adaptability and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks and responsibilities Compensation and benefits: The discussed salary range is $65,000 – $70,000, depending on experience Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered Comprehensive benefits package 3 weeks of vacation Opportunities for professional development and growth Free on-site parking Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
